Thermoelectric Cooler
A compact cooling system concept integrating a thermoelectric module, heat sink assembly, fan control, and temperature feedback.
Project Overview
The Thermoelectric Cooler project is a compact thermal management system designed around a Peltier cooling module. The system combines mechanical packaging, heat sink selection, airflow management, thermal interface control, and embedded temperature feedback to regulate cooling performance.
The project focuses on the relationship between thermal design and mechatronics integration. The design process considered heat transfer paths, hot-side heat rejection, cold-side cooling performance, enclosure constraints, fan placement, sensor feedback, and control logic for maintaining a target temperature range.
